The purpose of these awards is to recognize workshops that have distinguished themselves through excellence in different areas of workshop development. Performance is evaluated according to specific criteria across five categories:
- World Class Branding
- World Class Marketing
- World Class Customer Service
- World Class Fleet Service
- World Class Performance
Taking these categories into account, the Network Managers from the 19 countries where the GROUPAUTO network is present have selected and nominated their best candidates from among nearly 1,000 workshops worldwide.
