EURO KONCEPT

In 2025, EURO KONCEPT focused on consolidating and strengthening its service network, prioritizing quality, operational excellence, and professional development. The network prioritized not only expansion but also the elevation of technical standards, expertise, and overall competitiveness.

Audit and Network Quality

Throughout the year, EURO KONCEPT conducted a comprehensive audit of its member base. The results led to strategic updates across the network:

  • 72 members who did not meet required standards were replaced.
  • 101 new members meeting the network’s operational and quality criteria were admitted.

By year-end, the network comprised:

  • 341 EUROGARAGE members, progressively fulfilling requirements for participation in the fleet segment.
  • 98 Euroservis members, actively engaged in cooperation with fleet partners.

Onboarding is conducted systematically, with a focus on professional training, technical readiness, quality replacement vehicles, operational efficiency, and consistent brand standards. The network’s target for 2026 is 500 EURO KONCEPT members, while maintaining the high quality and professionalism that defines the brand.

EK Fleet: Driving Strategic Growth

The fleet segment continues to be a cornerstone of EURO KONCEPT’s strategy. In 2025, the network achieved:

  • 11,764 completed service orders
  • An average order value of EUR 354
  • Partnership with 78 fleet service centers

The network expanded its presence in national fleet segments and participated in tenders organized by major leasing companies. Technological enhancements, including optimization of the GNM system and its integration with internal workflows, significantly improved order processing, transparency, and administrative efficiency.

As private vehicle ownership shifts toward operational leasing, EURO KONCEPT is well-positioned to grow its market share in fleet services. In 2026, the network aims to strengthen its position and challenge for the market leader role in fleet service provision.
