In an evolving business environment where change is the only constant, it's imperative that we remain vigilant to emerging trends. Our task isn't merely to adapt but to lead, necessitating bold visions and decisive actions.
Reflecting on the past year, we've witnessed remarkable growth within the EUROGARAGE networks worldwide. In the UK, AutoCare celebrated a significant milestone by welcoming its 1000th garage into the network, a major achievement since its establishment 19 years ago. Similarly, CZ and SK have experienced record expansion, with ambitious targets set for member additions, aspiring to establish the largest service network for fleet customers in the Czech market.
Recognizing accomplishments is pivotal as they serve as inspirations for us to pursue excellence within our industry.
This brings us to a crucial focus area - talent. In a continuously evolving market, our mission is unequivocal: to empower young professionals and equip them for future success. Some of our members are at the forefront of this initiative, heavily investing in training and bridging the gap between education and the needs of the workforce. EuroWarsztat and NexDrive have joined forces to launch the 'Mechanics Championships' project, bringing together young mechanics and industry leaders. A digital portal will soon facilitate easier access to training and job opportunities within their network workshops. NexDrive also offers learning opportunities in electromobility through its EV workshops.
In the Latin American region, similar strides are being made in partnership with certified suppliers. Iberica's new strategy includes vocational and coaching programs aimed at enhancing efficiency and profitability. As the featured member of this edition, Iberica has demonstrated leadership by redefining its four strategic pillars to better align with emerging trends and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
